Where the EB fits

Plunging spindle for surface and edge work

A flange-mounted spindle unit with axial stroke, fed by pneumatic cylinder on EB 13 and EB 16 or by hand wheel on the V1 variants, for smoothing, levelling and polishing passes on a surface line.

Coolant through the shaft

The bored shaft carries water with an integrated rotating joint, for wet surface work without external tool feed.

Stroke and clamping specified to the station

Stroke options of 50 to 70 mm (EB 13) and 80 to 100 mm (EB 16), a ½" shaft attachment, mechanical clamping, and a motorized version on V1.

For dedicated calibration, the EBV family is the counterpart on the same line, coming in a later pass. Use the motor selector to compare.
