Where the EFL fits
Self-ventilated: economic and maintenance free
Self-ventilated cooling means no water lines, no cooling-circuit maintenance, no contamination risk near the workpiece. The right choice when machine architecture rules out liquid cooling.
Challenging cutting enviroments
Sealed grease-for-life bearings and IP55 protection are built for sustained exposure to dust and process particles. The interchangeable ½" stainless adapter lets tooling be swapped without replacing the spindle.
Lateral mount, ½" tooling
Shares the lateral square-body mount geometry with EFLRA, MACT, MACR and LCR. If your head and tooling are already built for ½", the EFL integrates without retooling, and the same geometry supports moving to water cooling, ISO 40 or automatic tool change later.
